A ritual has occurred in a channel, username is new to chat

I’m using TwitchJS for a chat bot. This event does not work for me. I’ve had new people enter my stream but this event never gets triggered.

It would seem there is a bug in that library.

They are issued as a USERNOTICE over chat.
