So, it always says i have 1 viewer but if i click on “viewers” its shows up a few people (like 5 or 6) 
There isn’t a “viewers” list, there’s a “chatters” list though which shows the people connected to chat, which will also include the bots on Twitch that join all channels that are live. Because these are just bots in chat, they’re not watching your stream and don’t count towards your viewer numbers.
