Game on Giant Bomb but not Twitch

Hi, just had a game enter Early Access and I have added it to Giant Bomb (https://www.giantbomb.com/hexacycle/3030-72125/) but it isn’t showing up on Twitch.

Does twitch only periodically sync up with the Giant Bomb database? just wanted to make sure there wasn’t some other issue preventing it from showing up. Thanks!
