How can I set a custom sound notification when a certain subscriber/user enters chat?

I want to have a custom sound for each unique subscriber/user I set to when they come into chat it plays/notifies. I’ve seen this done. How can I do it? Thanks everyone!

I use Streamlabs OBS.
