I am from a startup called LiveSensus. Currently, we are working on a machine learning algorithm that essentially would act as a quality of service metric for various streaming and video conferencing platforms. We are currently collecting data regarding how people perceive audio quality and would like to hear feedback from various developers who have experience with Twitch. Things like what you would want to see in our algorithm, or perhaps issues you find with our survey if you choose to check it out (it only takes about 5 minutes).
