Accidentally deleted usernames with inspect element, Twitch saves the data or something so IDK how to reset it
If you mean regular console, jsut reload the page.
If you mean another blocking plugin then you will need to refer to the instructions for that blocking plugin. Which is something we cannot help with on this forum.
