Adding/removing Moderator through the API

Hello again.

I’m actually looking for a way to add/remove someone to/from the moderators list through the API. I looked in the doc and asked Google, but can’t find any answer.

Is there a way to do this ?

As far as I know the only way to mod/unmod someone is through the chat commands as the broadcaster, so you would need to connect to chat as the Broadcaster using a token with the chat_login scope and run the command through chat.
