Hello,
We are using the https://api.twitch.tv/kraken API endpoints to authenticate users to browse our website and gather stream statuses. When we have a lot of oauth2 authentications happening at once (maybe between 400-1000 per 5 minutes), the https://api.twitch.tv/kraken site becomes unresponsive; the requests either time out or return a blank page. This happened a few times on 01/19/2015. twitchstatus says the API is offline during this time as well as us experiencing timeouts using curl / loading the api endpoint from our home computers.
Can twitch please help with this? I’m not sure what other details to include to help troubleshoot this issue. Thank you in advance!
