Bad Gateway on Embedded Channel

I have a slider on our website that works pretty well but on occasion I’ll see 502 Bad Gateway errors in the console for the embedded channel streams:

GET https://api.twitch.tv/api/channels/deoz_axen/viewer?as3=t&oauth_token=abc 502 (Bad Gateway) api.twitch.tv/api/channels/deoz_axen/viewer?as3=t&oauth_token=abc:1

We stream anywhere between 5-10 streams on the slider at any given time, and its never the same one and its not consistent. Any thoughts?

That is an internal API the player uses so the issue would be an overload on Twitch’s end. Nothing you could do to avoid seeing those occasionally unfortunately.
