Bot shadow banned from posting messages unless it’s a moderator in the channel

Hi there!

I’m a founder of Twickle (https://www.twickle.co). Our chat bot, TwickleBot, has been running for almost a year in about 50 streams. Today I was trying to make some changes to the messages, and at some point in my testing, it seems the bot was shadow banned from posting messages. After I made the bot a mod in my channel, it was able to post messages again.

Could you kindly whitelist the bot, or suggest changes if we need to make some in order to have it whitelisted?

Sounds like you are violating either

  1. The 30 second non mod repetition rule
  2. The chat rate limits
