Not sure if I am posting in the right section, however I have submitted the box art for the games in the Wild Arms series which require it (Wild Arms 1,2,3,4,Alter Code: F, XF) July 31st and they have not been updated yet. I have contacted Twitch on Twitter multiple times with no response, I did however today finally get an email from Twitch support asking to post in these forums about it. I have submitted the art following the requirements (Removing ESRB, Logos, emblems) and have resized the images to the specified resolution of 600x800. I am not sure why this is such an extended process for a game which has been out over a decade. Whatever can be done about this let me know.
