Hello, I’m the developer of “Project Nightmares”. Whenever I try to upload my game’s box art the upload times out.
We recently read this:
At this time, new boxart uploads are disabled. We will let you know when this functionality is restored.
There are a lot of people who are currently watching our game and we want to know if any admin can update this image for us.
If the twitch admins can’t upload our cover to the box art, when will the box art be active again to update the image?
We have to use this image.

Following up on individual posts regarding cover art uploads, we wanted to make sure everyone has seen the following announcement.
In September of 2019, Twitch joined forces with IGDB , a public database that specializes in games and gaming knowledge. We leverage IGDB community contributions to augment many of our creator discovery mechanisms, such as search and recommendations. However, there was one piece of game metadata that so far has been managed separately – cover art.

We comply with all that. The cover is in IGDB and complies with the requierements.

Great. The artwork on IGDB will be the source of true starting on November 17.
Earlier this morning, I completed the manual upload for “Project Nightmares” so that the image begins showing on Twitch today.
