[BUG][EventSub] Anonymous gifts subs do not trigger channel.hype_train events

My registered EventSub endpoint does not receive any channel.hype_train.progress events for anonymous gift subs, but works fine for named gifters/subscribers. channel.subscribe events are correctly received for the same anonymous subscriptions.

This seems like a bug?
Or am I missing something in my implementation.
