Can you add an application client/id to an organization

Right now, in order to support “Login with Twitch” I have a application created under this account, and not “under” the organization for my company. It appears that:

  1. Organizations can have drop campaigns and other features but not application clients
  2. Application clients can not be owned by more than one individual account

Is that correct?
