Can't add game box art

Hello, I’m the publisher of “100% Orange Juice”. I was able to add game box art to another game of ours, but whenever I try to add it to 100% Orange Juice, the upload “times out”. I’ve tried over a 24h period on different browsers, but I’m unable to upload the box art due to this error.
