Can't get access to apps dashboard

When I try to get in to https://dev.twitch.tv/dashboard/apps, it redirects to https://glass.twitch.tv/login and I click log in button on the page, it leads to the link below and gives 400 response. I tried flushing caches on my browser but didn’t worked. help!!

This is a known issue going about in the last 12/24 hours

Should be fixed shortly hopefully…
