Hi! I’m trying to write a twitch chatbot for my streams. I’m reading the API docs but get stuck on the first step. I’m on the developer console trying to register my app, but no matter how many times I complete the captcha and click Create, it just doesn’t create the app. It resets the captcha and throws this error message in the console:
I have tried this in Brave with shields up, shields down, and on Firefox as my last resort. Not sure what’s going wrong, so here I am
The name you are using is restricted or already taken
And the UI doesn’t surface the name error correctly.
