It seems that bots currently do not get whisper messages. They can send them as usual, but are not receiving any irc message when getting whispered themselves. Humans can receive whisper messages.
I connected to irc.chat.twitch.tv:6667 and tested with my testbot Felkbot. twitchplayspokemon’s bot “tpp” is also not receiving any whispers for roughly 2 hours now.
I cannot reproduce this. Make sure you’re identifying with the server that your client supports the twitch.tv/commands capability.

Edit: I guess there was an outage earlier (as per another thread).
@felk I can verify that several of my bots experienced this issue two days ago. It resolved itself after a few hours.
