And it happens completely silently. I type in a message, and get a “Welcome to the chat room!” message. I don’t see what I typed, and I can’t repeat it because it gets blocked by the duplicate message checker. Which means I don’t see responses to bot commands, and can’t re-issue them for 30 seconds. This has been happening for months.
Are you developing a bot and seeing this?
