We recently released Collections, and it has an associated API! It took us an extra couple days to polish up and ship the docs, but they’re here! https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/v5/reference/collections/ 
With this new API, we added a new OAuth scope collections_edit and added that to the Authentication scopes.
