Devrig setup issue!

I’m having difficulty setting up my developer rig in Windows 10.
The configure script installs every dependency except for an optional file it says it doesn’t need, and then when it gets to the authentication process, it throws this error:

unable to write 'random state'

You are about to be asked to enter information that will be incorporated
into your certificate request.
What you are about to enter is what is called a Distinguished Name or a DN.
There are quite a few fields but you can leave some blank
For some fields there will be a default value,
If you enter ‘.’, the field will be left blank.

Anyone have any ideas?

Just use the native rig instead.

The rig you are currently using is essentially discontinued
