I’ve added the email list sign-up form to the front page of the developer website: http://dev.twitch.tv/#mailing. If you have a Client-ID, you’re likely already on the list but feel free to sign-up and check!
We’ll use the email list to communicate large changes that are upcoming (e.g. Client-ID requirement). We created the list because not everybody comes to the forums or follows our Twitter account, and we want to make sure everybody gets the important updates. So, if you’re more of an email user than forums or Twitter, this is for you!
