Extension says Bits not enabled

I’m logging the javascript helper object to the console to discover that bits are not enabled in the extension.

I have bits enabled in the monetization tab, along with products in the developer rig.

As a broadcaster, I am eligible to receive bits as an affiliate, and I have bits enabled on my channel.

What are some possible reasons Bits are not enabled in my extension?

Check if bits are enabled on

Or uninstall/reinstall the extension

Hi Barry,

Thank you for your response. Yes I do have this checked, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension.

Additionally, I’ve ran hosted tests on various other versions of the extension, and run into the same issue.

Did you try testing this as “not you”/a different Twitch account

As you can’t use bits in your own channel.
