Failure to start over twitch affiliate onboarding / Payment on hold

Good day! I’ve been trying to start over my onboarding process as my home address is no longer the same and it not letting my start over. Every time I press “Yes, start over” it simply refreshes the button and doesn’t do anything!

on top of that my payment is has been on hold for 4 months after reaching the 100$ requirement!
