Get Current Top Streamers

I’m new to twitch API and I’m just wondering how would I get the current top streamers that are online streaming?

I want to get the link, the image (the image you see when you click on their stream), and the name of the streamer.

I’m looking at GET / stream but I’m not quite sure if that’s the right approach or how would I use it?
