Get emotes per channel?

How can I currently get the emotes that you would get by subscribing to a channel? (given either a user name or ID)

I used an unsupported API for this up until a couple of weeks back, when it seemed to have been shut down.

I know about twitchemotes.com, but as far as I know they used said unsupported API, too, and they seem to still be up and running?

Alas there is only get emotes by emote set ID

And there is no API to get what emoteset belongs to which channel.

Hopefully Twitch will add something useful for this…
