How could I see the past events of a channel?
Example: see who has followed you, who has raid
It’s not possible to get historical data. If you want to know events you’ll need to capture and store them yourself as they happen.
The follows endpoint includes created at times stamps
Raids are a no go, they are not in the API, only in real time from reading chat, so read. capture and log yourself
How could I capture them on different channels?
I understand that recording all chats on the channels to be captured throughout the day
Generally speaking for all events you should obtain permission and oAuth keys where relevant from the broadcasters you wish to capture, then you can look thru the documetnation to see what is available and what you can capture
