GLHF badge, why can't I get it?

Hello,

So, I’ve seen someone had this cool looking badge on stream chat, when I hovered my mouse over it, it said it is a “GLHF badge”, I clicked on it and went on their website and put my twitch ID there, but still haven’t received badge (I did it yesterday and still don’t have badge). Did anyone else have this issue?
I used this website for getting Twitch ID:

Chat settings gear -> Edit Appearance -> select it as your global or channel specific badge
