Is anyone else experiencing this issue? When I collect a list of streams I follow and then call https://api.twitch.tv/helix/users with each stream’s user_login, I’ll hit timeout randomly on one or multiple requests for the user.
As in e connetiong reset or e timeout?
Thats just a thing that happens with any API just retry the request.
Often means fastly is reblalancing and messing around with it’s CDN or you have network congesting with your server and/or hosting provider
Yes, I’m getting timeout. It’s only to the users endpoint and it’s not something I’ve experienced before. I wasn’t sure if anyone else was getting this issue or if there was something going on with that endpoint specifically.
Just bad luck really. And odd to get it consistent on a single endpoint
