What do you mean fetch?
It’s unclear waht you are trying to do.
If you mean you are trying to “collect what shelf shows from your about page on Twitch” then there is no API that will present that information.
You’ll need a uservoice to request this functionality.

No API presents this information.
The only way to do it is to collect that data in real time. IE you record what the categories are during the users live streams as the live stream happens
