now i trying to crawling for stream history and stream schedule as below
how can i get stream history &schedule to use API?

Twitch provides no historical data API end points.

And there is no way for a streamer to provide twitch with a schedule in order for twitch to give us access to said schedule

Fwiw, you can download CSVs of the data which is visualized in the “Stats” section of your Dashboard. Just hit the “Export Data” button on that page. Of course, that data is only available for channels you own (and have streamed from).

And I’m 99% sure that data is “confidential” which means another broadcaster is not supposed to give another person said CSV’s [citation missing]
