i get top streams api.twitch.tv/kraken/streams, but some users offline, and i cnot find them, and i dont understand, hove get all users… api.twitch.tv/kraken/users is wrong
i need top by followers and channel views

Hey, I could be wrong here, but I believe the streams reference will organize by popularity by default unless you tell it otherwise.
Try this, without specifying any channel or game params and let me know the outcome!
Yeap, its work, but return top live streams, i need offline users too 
The /streams/ endpoint only shows live channels. For offline data, you should be polling the /channels/ endpoint or on helix, the /users/ endpoint.
