like if !twitter is given then the twitter link(social link) of the channel needs to post in the chat box.

The bot would have to be manually set/told what to reply with for a command.
If you are attempting to “auto grab” the links below the stream, there is not API like that and generally people will not say “this is a twitter link” so you can’t really auto grab then without guessing from the URL.
But there’s no API to get them anyway.
Chatbot commands are best done for things like this by manually setting the words for the trigger in the bot itself
