How would I view active bans, time outs, and duration of time outs in twitch chat? Any API endpoint or IRC user modes to set to gather and parse this information would be helpful. Thanks!
You can only see that a timeout has occurred.
For such a timeout you cannot determine the length or if it was a permanent ban.
How do you see if a timeout has occurred?
The only way I know of is using nightbot. But the only problem is that you can only see who got timed out by the BOT.
Okay thanks, we are trying to get away from using nightbot. 
I’d like to request a method to do this as a feature in twitch chat, if any twitch staff happen to see this. Thanks!
