The CLEARCHAT message in IRC originates from the .timeout command though, so those could be tied together with an id. The same with other commands/messages, .subscribers creates a notification in chat that Subscriber-Only mode has been enabled, so it would be nice if it had an id that is represented in the PubSub to be able to easier connect who made that notification appear.
