Intercative layers on Twitch player

Hello,

I am kinda newbee at this, but can any1 help me with providing any info about creating extension with interactive hud, like a Kouch HUD for Dota 2. I mean where i can find any info or who can help with it ? (for $)

My main subject is not an game (like dota 2), i need it on stream where people can press on twitch player,and have info about that block on screen.
