iOS Whitelist Request form

I have a mobile extension publish on twitch and I want this extension enabled on ios.

So I use the iOS Whitelist Request form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfbs2ct_tCzvzEf5UeuOgCeKRiaGl8WqztveUqr3T1jBH_U0w/viewform) 2 weeks ago, but since I don’t have any response

Someone knows the delay or another way to active my extension on iOS? (I have an apple dev account)

That’ll be the Thanks giving holiday delay getting in the way. It should get gotten to this week hopefully!
