Hello, I’m researching an integration project for a potential client and had a question about the Twitch API:

Is it possible to get a list of channel subscribers with email addresses and their notification settings? More specifically, is it possible to get a user’s email and notification settings who isn’t the user authorized via OAuth? If so, which API endpoint(s) should I be looking at?

If you have the broadcasters permission:

That is not exposed in Helix no.

No, you need permission from the user, to read the users email address.
