Is it possible to detect if somebody is "hosting" somebody else?

One extremely frustrating thing about the Twitch API that I’ve found is that it can only have two “types” of stream modes: “live” or “”. I’m not sure when “” happens (the manual says something about errors). As you see, there is no “hosting” mode, which makes it impossible to detect when a streamer isn’t actually live at all, but “hosting” somebody. This is reported as “live”. Any chance you could add a “hosting” value for this?

This is something that we hope is coming soon but it’s not roadmapped.

Easiest method right now to read outbound hosts is to connect to TwitchIRC and read for the HOSTTARGET but that doesn’t work for most cases
