Currently, I am detecting moderators using the “jtv MODE +o username” message, but that can take a long time to send after the user joins the channel, and sometimes it doesn’t even send if the bot joins after the user. Is there a faster way of detecting if a user is a moderator?
You can send .mods to the chat as a message when you join and check the user in question against the list jtv sends you.
