[JSON] User ID type issue

Get User return user id type is Number.
But, Get User by ID return user id type is String.
Is this good? I dont think so.

I know this was brought up to Dallas when V5 was announced but he wasn’t sure at the time.

@DallasNChains any updates? I would have err’d on it being a string as our previous case was between V3 and V5 however both docs are V5 so just want to clear it up (and have the docs fixed if this is the case!)

Yep! Should always be a string. You’ll see this inconsistency anywhere a user object is returned. I’ll chat with the team about it.
