Jtv visible in mobile twitch client by default

jtv commands (EMOTESET, SPECIALUSER etc.) are visible in chat by default now:

Android official client. Current. It’s not visible in Vortex though.

Did this just happen a few minutes/hours ago?

I got a report from someone in the chat that he started seeing those, no idea how long ago.

Also, from #twitch-api
