Legality of Chrome Extensions

Hey guys

I am working on a chrome extension for twitch that snaps the chat to bottom of the screen when shrinking the window rather than hiding it. I’ve never released a chrome extension yet alone one for another site like twitch and was wondering if anyone knew the legality of this subject. Like is Twitch ok with this and is there any place I can reference to show that it is ok?

This is already implemented in FrankerFaceZ, search the settings for “Portrait Mode” and choose “Auto”.

I’m not a lawyer, but we allow extensions like FrankerFaceZ and BetterTwitchTV. Just make sure you’re following our Developer Agreement.
