Basically the idea of the mod/program is to take the inputs of Twitch chat and turn it into camera movement in the game “Sid Meier’s Civilization 5” ala the popular Twitch Plays Pokémon. This would be done in order to facilitate the operation of a live 61 Civ game played entirely by the computer.
