Mark VODs with labels at specific times

First off all, im not sure this is the right place to post this, so please move, or do tell, if this is wrong.

I was thinking it would be nice to make the streamers, label the VODs or even doing the stream, so its ready for the VOD, with labels/titles at specific times.

I like to watch liriks sub sunday, and he plays a new game every hour, and if there’s a specific game i would like to see, i have to search through the VOD, to see the game.

It would be nice to have labels in the timeline, so i can HOVER over the marker to see what game thats played at that specific time, and just click it, when found.

ideas?
