Mirc get /w to work

i’ve been looking for a good explanation on how to get /w to work in mIRC:
connecting to group chat, requesting all sorts of CAPs… but i still end up getting nothing or the response “unrecognized command :/W”
can someone please explain in detail how to get this to work, Please?
i’ve searched the mIRC forums but none of the threads where specifically for Twitch!

It probably needs some improvements/optimizations but it does the job.

EDIT: you have to use CAP REQ :twitch.tv/commands twitch.tv/tags
