I was made moderator in a twitch chat.My mod sword no longer shows up and I can’t do any mod actions. The streamer says that I’m still on his mod list, but it doesn’t appear in chat.
This is usually a temperoy issue.
Reload chat and see if it’s fixed
I’ve done that several times already. It’s been about 2 days
Try the following:
Disable any and all relevant browser extensions including but not limited to, FFZ and BTTV.
You may have disabled badges and/or mod action buttons.
In addition perform /mods in the relevant chat to check your status for yourself.
Also try logging out and back in.
Further more beyond that I can’t help much, as this forum is for third party developers not for general support or issues such as this. Try help.twitch.tv and open a ticket?
