Monetizing tool built with Twitch API

I’m looking to build a tool for streamers leveraging the Twitch API.

I am planning to give the tool away for free, however streamers can subscribe for a monthly fee to get access to additional useful features.

Does Twitch allow developers to monetize software that leverages Twitch API?

I dug through the Twitch Developer Services Agreement, but couldn’t anything specific to this scenario.
