I am in the need for a chatbot much like any of the currently available bots but with one main feature. To work as a tipping bot for a cryptocurrency, similar idea as for ex the dogecoin twitter tip bot.
1, since twitch runs on irc, is this possible?
2, how would it work? Online wallet needed?
3, is this in line twitch policy?
