One of my favorite streamers has said that she wanted to stream herself watching the world playoffs for League of Legends, but that streaming the playoffs herself is probably against the TOS or some rule. The obvious solution would be to simply watch the playoff stream in one window and just her in the other. The problem is that the two arent in sync and if she says something you have no idea what she is responding to. Therefore, I was wondering if there is a way to watch the two streams in such a way that the playoff stream is delayed by the amount of time it takes the stream to get to her + the time it takes her stream to get to you - the time the playoff stream takes to get to you.
